Accessibility statement

Last reviewed October 5, 2026. Applies to Peer Support Studio and every deployment of it offered under a customer’s brand.

Our commitment

MADe180 Digital Solutions wants everyone who does this work, and everyone they serve, to be able to use this product. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

Conformance status

Partially conformant. Some parts of the product do not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. Every main screen was checked on October 5, 2026 with an automated scanner (axe-core, WCAG 2.1 A and AA rules) and a keyboard pass; critical and serious findings from that pass were fixed before this statement was published. We check new and changed interface work the same way before release. We have not yet commissioned a third-party audit or published a VPAT.

What you can expect

  • Everything works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator on every control.
  • Interactive controls have accessible names; images that carry meaning have text alternatives; color is never the only carrier of meaning.
  • Text and interface contrast meets AA in both the light and dark themes through a shared set of design tokens.
  • One interface for everyone: no separate “accessibility mode”, overlay or lite version.
  • Charts carry a text description, and the numbers behind them are available in the same report.

Known limitations

From the October 5, 2026 pass. Each item lists the effect and the plan.

  • Screen-reader pass not yet done. Form error messages and status changes are not all announced by live regions. Workaround: errors appear next to the field in text. Target: screen-reader pass with NVDA and VoiceOver, Q4 2026.
  • Rich-text and drawing controls. The note editor toolbar and the signature pad are usable by keyboard but their names and states are not yet fully described to assistive technology. Target: Q4 2026.
  • Telehealth video. The in-call controls are keyboard operable; captions are not yet available. Target: evaluate live captions, Q1 2027.
  • Documents you upload (PDFs, scanned forms) are presented as uploaded and may not be accessible.

Roadmap

  1. Screen-reader pass on the main flows; form error handling and live-region announcements (Q4 2026).
  2. Reports and charts: data tables and text equivalents for every visualization (Q4 2026).
  3. VPAT 2.5 / Accessibility Conformance Report for the current version, and a third-party review if an institutional customer requires it (2027).

Technical notes

Built with standard HTML controls and ARIA where needed; tested in current Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox. Accessibility is part of the development checklist and of annual training for anyone who builds interface work. Conformance passes are recorded and kept for six years.
